High Frequency 60Khz Ultrasound Customized Special Spray Nozzle
Description:
Ultrasonic high-temperature ultrasonic nozzle is a specialized ultrasonic nozzle designed for high-temperature environments. A cooling device has been added to the conventional ultrasonic atomizing nozzle structure, optimizing the performance of the nozzle components and enabling stable operation in high-temperature environments. The nozzle has a special flange design that can be adjusted in size according to usage, enabling it to be used in conjunction with other equipment. In addition, temperature sensors can be installed inside the nozzle to monitor the working temperature of the ultrasonic nozzle in real time. Through dedicated ultrasonic software, alarm thresholds can be set to communicate and link with other automation equipment.

Initial Droplet Size and Final Droplet Size :
The frequency of the ultrasonic nozzle determines the size of the
droplet. The higher the frequency, the smaller the 'initial'
droplet. Taking the thin film coating on a wide substrate as an
example, the ideal functional coating is similar to a dust removal
pattern, so in most applications, we need to pay attention to the
droplet size in contact with the substrate. In order to achieve
this coating, one of the factors we need to consider is the initial
droplet size generated by the frequency of the ultrasonic nozzle.
In practical applications, many customers may overlook the
importance of evaporation in the final droplet size in contact with
the parts. The customer believes they need the smallest possible
"initial" droplets (i.e. the highest frequency ultrasonic nozzle),
but when they establish the system, the coating is being deposited
and dried. Before solids in the solution have the opportunity to
coat parts, all solvents or carriers will flash off. In other
words, they have lost all film-forming properties of the liquid
film and become powder coatings! It is important to consider the
'final' droplet size.
Of course, we cannot ignore the importance of the frequency of
ultrasonic nozzles, but the highest frequency is not always better.
The solvent type (low boiling point and high boiling point), the
distance between the nozzle and the substrate, and the flow rate
also play a role in determining the final droplet size and coating
quality.
