Uncoiler
The uncoiler plays an indispensable role in the production process
of the floor decking forming machine. In the production process of
floor decking, metal sheets are usually supplied in the form of
coils. The primary function of the uncoiler is to smoothly and
steadily unwind these tightly wound metal sheets.
Hydraulic Pump Station
When the floor deck forming machine is working, the hydraulic pump
station provides power for several key components of the equipment.
It drives the pressing rollers, cutting devices and other actions
by generating stable and controllable hydraulic pressure. During
the sheet forming stage, the hydraulic pump station provides
sufficient pressure for the pressing rollers so that the metal
sheet can be accurately formed according to the predetermined
waveform and size. For example, when pressing floor decks with
specific rib height and spacing, stable hydraulic pressure ensures
the consistency of forming quality.
Touch Screen Control Cabinet
In terms of operational convenience, it is presented in an
intuitive graphical interface. Operators do not need complex
training and can easily complete various operations by touching the
screen. For example, to set the production specifications of the
floor decking, including length, waveform parameters, etc., just
click on the screen to enter the corresponding value, and the
parameter adjustment can be completed quickly.
Output Table
This part is used to collect the formed products. The bracket is
equipped with rollers to facilitate the product forwarding without
being scratched.
Feeding Table
The temporary loading platform after the metal coil is unwound
ensures that the plates output from the uncoiler can be placed in
an orderly manner to avoid plate accumulation and folding during
the transition. Through reasonable design, the feeding table can
adapt to plates of different widths and weights to ensure the
stability of material placement.
Shaft & Roller
Inside the forming machine, multiple shafts cooperate with each
other to support the rollers and other components, ensuring that
they maintain a stable position and posture during operation. The
shafts are connected to power sources such as motors, efficiently
transmitting power to the rollers, allowing the rollers to rotate
at a predetermined speed and direction, providing continuous power
for the processing of the sheet.
Cutter
The cutter of the floor deck forming machine is a key component to
ensure that the floor deck products meet specific size
requirements. After the metal sheet has gone through the uncoiling,
leveling and precise forming process, the cutter begins to play its
core function. It can accurately cut the continuously formed floor
deck according to the pre-set length.
