Features

1. Low relative density. The ratio of pure aluminum is 2.71, and the volume of 1xxx series aluminum plate is the same, and the net weight is only 35% iron.
2. It can be structurally reinforced. 1xxx series aluminum plate can use cold drawing to increase the compressive strength to more than 1 times.
3. Easy to process. 1xxx series aluminum plate has good plasticity and is particularly suitable for processing, such as sawing, shearing, milling, boring, planing, turning, etc.
4. Corrosion resistance. The surface of 1xxx series aluminum plate that has not been specially produced will naturally form a dense aluminum oxide protective film that cannot be destroyed. Therefore, 1000 series aluminum plate has better resistance to air corrosion (including industrial air and deep sea air) and water corrosion.
