Paper Feeding Trolley and Ground Rail

SF-280D Single Facer

*The paper guiding adopts wind adsorption,keeping the stability of flutes under the condition of high speed.
*The corrugated paper is adsorbed to the middle corrugated roller to form a negative pressure zone of 180°and then to finish the rolling of corrugation through the vacuum box by fan.
*The width of suction slot of lower corrugated roller is not more than 2.6mm,able to reduce the stripe mark on single side corrugated cardboard.
*The transmission part adopts universal joint transmission and separates the vibration source,which makes the maintainability higher,the transmission more stable and the operation more reliable.
*The reducer casing adopts oil bath lubrication and closed gear transmission,reducing the vibration of machine.
*This machine adopts auto-cycle glue supply and pneumatic control glue supply and return, making it be characterized by buffering effect.
*The glue roller surface is treated with special mesh nicking and chrome-plating.

*The single side corrugated cardboard fabricated by single facer shall be transmitted to the tension brake or the suction brake for being used by the next overbridge transmission system by conveyer belt.
*The adoption of suction wind up device,the use of high pressure centrifugal frequency conversion fan vacuum adsorption cardboard,electric correction,to ensure the cardboard sticked firmly and level off.
*Two groups of operation panels are installed and controlled by electrics,which can be adjusted on or off the bridge.
*Tractor using sprocket chain drive and single machine synchronization,the single-sided corrugated board traction to the bridge,the accumulation of conveying speed is slow,thus forming a wave form,to have single-sided corrugated board to change speed to compensate the production line required.
*This machine is equipped with paper feeding stand,which adopts dual transmission slope device.The stacking speed is a little low,able to form waveform overlaps and reach the purpose of storing corrugated cardboards of single facer.
