Product Description

The colored steel plate first enters the roller forming part, and under the action of the roller driven by the motor and chain, it gradually bends and deforms to form a rough tile-shaped outline. Then it enters the pressing part, where the hydraulic cylinder drives the mold to apply pressure to the initially formed plate, making it fit the shape of the glazed tile more closely, forming clear corrugations and textures. Finally, when the set length is reached, the hydraulic cylinder in the cutter part drives the tool to move, cut off the colored steel tile, and complete the production of a glazed tile. The whole process is completed automatically under the precise coordination of the control system.
