The TIG™780-15 is environmentally safe silicone-based thermal grease designed to solve overheating and reliability issue.

TIG™780-15 is presenting thermal paste products. They serve to moisten the contact surface sufficiently so as to form an interface of extremely low thermal impedance.Consequently, the heat dissipation efficiency is farsuperior to that offered by others.

TIG™780-15 Series is available in 0.5KG,

1kg (pint container),2kg (quart container),

and 10kg(gallon container),

or custom packaged in syringes for automated applications.

Storage:

Store from 5°C to 25°C with a maximum humidity of 70%. Do not store in freezer or refrigerator below 0°C. Safe disposal method does not require special protection. The storage condition is low temperature and dry, away from open fire and away from direct sunlight. For detailed method, please refer to the product material safety data sheet.
