The most common aluminum discs are 1050 or 1060, and the stamping and spinning in the O or H18 state will not crack. Henan Yongsheng Aluminum Circle Production Line Features: The production of aluminum discs adopts fully automated CNC. This production line does not require manual contact with any work materials from unwinding to the completion of the whole roll of materials. No adjustments are required, which can directly prevent the hidden dangers and product quality errors in the general lathe production process. This production line can directly produce discs from coils, reducing the previous production process, without the need for shearing, greatly reducing production costs, and reducing the possibility of surface damage during the production process. Yongsheng Aluminum uses mold design to produce aluminum discs. When converting the production specifications of the discs, the conversion time can be reduced to less than 15 minutes. The production speed is also very high, 20–60 pieces per minute, which greatly improves production efficiency. In addition, we also use a relatively stable six-leveling machine, a high-rigidity mechanical press, an automatic stacking system, etc., and the product quality of aluminum discs is guaranteed. Henan Yongsheng Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 2001 and is located in the industrial cluster area of Gongyi City, Henan Province. It covers an area of 780,000 square meters and currently has 2,000 employees. Our factory have 9 cold rolling production lines, 41 casting rolling machines, one 1850 double-coil hot rolling machine, one 260-meter roll coating thick plate production line, two fully automatic spraying production lines, three color-coated thin plate production lines, more than 100 sets of aluminum single panel processing equipment including CNC bending machines, CNC shearing machines, CNC engraving machines and fully automatic turret punching machines. It also has a stock of 6,000 tons of 1st, 3rd, 5th and 6th series curtain base materials. It is capable of processing and producing various special-shaped aluminum single panels such as punched panels, engraved panels and double-curved panels. The daily output is 3,000 square meters and the monthly output can reach 100,000 square meters, fully meeting the various needs of customers.
