Compact floor standing refrigerated centrifuge FR6-B6 (old model:DL-6MB) is specially designed for universal use in blood banks, clinical laboratories, serology investigations, molecular biology, serum separation, pharmaceutical applications, where repeatability, precision and reliability of speed, time, temperature, acceleration and deceleration are significant factors in obtaining perfect separations of the distinct blood fractions.
Design
● High-quality steel structure with a built-in blast-proof steel chamber, 304# stainless steel chamber are autoclave-able , resistant detergents and disinfection liquids.
● Equipped with an high-efficiency compressor, dual circuits for cooling and heating, and can achieve rapid temperature changes to meet requirements for platelet separation.
● Observations window on lid for speed calibration and noise measurement.
● Microprocessor control , AC variable frequency motor drive.
● Touch LCD screen,which allows the operator to control the configuration parameters easily.The speed, timer, RCF, temperature, rotors , program(Memory) , Acceleration & Deceleration, and Error code information or alarm on the screen.
● Large capacity rotor body with windshield, reduce rotor resistance, extend the service life of the motor.
● The door cover and body are equipped with double-layer silicone seal ring
● Swing-out rotor head, buckets and adapters made of high-density material.
● Double layers sealing ring made for the centrifuge lid and the instrument to keep long good sealing.
● Horizontal rotor optimized for blood banks, capable of simultaneously separating 8x450ml triple or quadruple blood bags.
User friendly
● CFC-free compressor with pre-cooling function, double-cycle refrigeration, heating and cooling double-loop control, ±1℃ high temperature accuracy. Temperature range from -20°C to 40°C ,temperature sensor inside the chamber.
● Programmable and storable, stores up to 30 programs and provides direct user access with one keystroke save. The stored parameter: combination remains in the memory even after the centrifugation has been switched off.
● Provides the 10 acceleration rates and 10 braking ramp, to effectively avoid secondary sedimentation, with better centrifugation effect.
● Automatic lid-locking and holding during rotor run
● Easily exchangeable rotors, special rotor connector which makes it easy to load and unload rotor.
● Automatic troubleshooting with indication of error code and alarm on the screen.
