1. Product Description of 95 Zirconia Beads

95 yttrium stabilized zirconia beads is also called as 95 zirconia beads or TZP(tetragonal zirconia polycrystallite)

zirconia beads.It selects the yttrium oxide as stabilizer and produces through special molding process and

high-temperature baking and phasing process,its strength and hardness are almost unchanged under 600 ℃.

95 zirconia beads has pearl like luster and smooth spherical surface ,mainly used for superfine dispersion

and grinding of various slurry and powder materials that are required to zero contamination by wet and dry

grinding methods.

High grinding efficiency

The specific gravity of 95 yttrium stabilized TZP zirconia beads is 1.6 times as the one of 65 zirconia beads,

which will achieve higher grinding efficiency under same grinding conditions.

95 zirconia beads has good roundness, smooth surface and little damage to the equipment.

High impact resistance and low-wear rate

95 zirconia beads beads has good toughness, it will not be cracked or peeled off in grinding machines with

high-speed and high concentration, its wear rate is only half of that of zirconium silicate beads.
