Zirconia grinding media is made of high-grade and nanometre Yttria stabilized zirconia powder in sintering method. This advanced precursor material guarantees excellent mechanical properties, outstanding wear resistance and good corrosion resistance.

High strength and toughness, high density, high rigidity, no magnetism and electric insulation, and the coefficient of thermal expansion is close to steel. It is ideal grinding media in coating,painting, pigment paste, dye, ink industry grinding and dispersion.

Manufacturing process: Sintering Method

​ Ultrafine grinding dispersion of coating, color paints, pigments, pigment pastes, dyes, inks, ink pastes, etc.

• Pigments and dyes: dispersing and grinding of titanium pigment, carbon black, inorganic pigment like iron oxide red; organic pigments like Phthalocyanine blue, permanent violet.

• Paints and coatings materials: Anti-corrosion industrial paint, plastic paint, emulsion paint, printing ink, ink-jet ink, paper coating material, tape and disk coating.

Coatings and pigments generally use 1.6-1.8mm, 1.8-2.0mm, 2.0-2.5mm Yttria stabilized zirconia beads as grinding media

Dyes generally use 0.6-0.8mm, 0.8-1.0mm Yttrium stabilized zirconia beads as grinding media

Water-based paints are generally used in horizontal sand mills, and 95 zirconia beads
