High Hardness Grinding Media Balls , 4 - 10 Mm Zirconia Grinding Beads

Zirconium Silicate Beads, ZrSiO4, is obtained from imported zircon sand, and formed by sintering phasing method, offering superior toughness and high compressive strength and low wear loss.

These Zirconium Silicate Beads are less dense than yttria-stabilized zirconia spheres, suitable for calcium carbonate, Kaolin, Tianium dioxide, paitings, coatings, ink and pesticides, etc..

Size (Diameter/mm) :

• Good sphericity-Low abrasion loss, long life time. Wearability is 8-10 times higher than glass beads;
• High Density-High Grinding efficiency. Grinding efficiency is 3-5 times higher than glass beads;
• High crushing strength, reduce the intermal friction between the beads and improve the material flow efficiency
