Black Aluminum Oxide is also called as synthetic aluminum oxide,black fused alumina.

It contains 60-80% Al2O3,which offers moderate hardness,it is also one kind of flexible abrasive,which is

widely mixed with other higher hardness or more durable abrasive to make various kind of abrasives such

as resin cutting discs.

Black Aaluminum Oxide is widely used for make resin cutting dics,grinding discs,resin grinding wheel etc.

It is suggested to use 25% black aluminum oxide to partly replace brown fused alumina with the same grit

size or one more coarse grit size than the original one, it will achieved better grinding effect if adding 5%

black alumina F70&F80 to make the resin cutting discs more smooth.

In addition,Black fused alumina is also used in the following applications of

Coated Abrasives such as sand blets,sand paper,fiber wheels, flap wheels;

Polishing stainless steel tableware;

Sandblasting media for surface decontamination,pipeline cleaning,hull-rust and Jean cloth sandblasting;
