1. Product Description of Ceramic Beads
Ceramic beads is also called as zirconia sand,it selects the high quality imported zircon sand as main
material,then fused in arc furnace under high temperature over 2000 degrees,then made into different
microbeads by special technology.
Ceramic beads has wide particle size from the coarsest B20(0.600-0.850mm)to the fine size B505
(0.010-0.030mm),it can match all blasting machines.
Compared with glass beads,ceramic beads is one clean blasting media,which will generate little dust in
whole blasting process,its service life also will be prolonged 20-30 times.
