1. Product Description of Ceramic Beads Blasting

Ceramic Beads is one clean blasting media,it selects the high quality zircon sand as main material,then

fused in arc furnace,finally made into different microbeads through special technology.

Compared with glass beads,ceramic beads can be recycled for 70-90 cycles,it has higher hardness and

lower breakdown rate,which will provide more consistent blasting effect and better blasting condition.

It is one clean and high efficient blasting media,widely used in blasting applications where one clean working

condition is required.

5. Precautions for using Ceramic Beads:

When using ceramic beads for the first time, please kindly open 1/3 to 1/2 vest of dust collector,

since ceramic beads need the wind to be recycled in the blasting process.Please kindly note that it

can be multiple recycled.

Please wear mask and protective suit when using ceramic beads;

It should be stored in dry and clean indoor environment.

The waste solid of ceramic beads should be treated in time and correctly according to the local laws.
