1. Product Description
Ceramic Beads is also called as Zirconia sand,it selects the high quality zircon sand as main materail,then fused
in arc furnace under high temperature,finally screened into different microbeads.
It is one round solid abrasive media,which has higher hardness,lower breakdown rate,it will provide one more
consistent blasting effect and clean working condition as well as higher blasting efficiency compared with the one
of glass beads.
It also has smooth surface,good sphericity,it is most suitable for metal surface finish,it can match most blasting
machine due to its wide size distribution.
Nowdays,ceramic beads is widely used in many blasting application,it will gradually replace glass beads in the
future.
