1. Product Description of Ceramic Blasting Media

Ceramic bead selects the high quality zircon sand as main raw material,then fused in arc furnace over

2000 degrees,finally screened into different microbeads through special technology.

It is one round solid blasting media,which has low break-down rate and high density and good elasticity,

especially suitable for metall surface finish.

Compared with glasss beads and steel shot,Ceramic bead has the medium density,it will make up the upper

and lower blind area in blasting process,it will replace glass beads where one clean and high efficient balsting

condition is required or replace steel shot where one ferrous contamination is not allowed.

It is one clean and popular blasting media and gradully well-known by people.

5. Precautions for using Ceramic Beads:

When using ceramic beads for the first time, please kindly open 1/3 to 1/2 vest of dust collector,since ceramic

beads need the wind to be recycled in the blasting process.Please kindly note that it can be multiple recycled.

The service life of ceramic beads is about 20-30 times than the one of glass beads.

Ceramic beads should be stored in a dry and ventilated room, also please wear one mask when using it.

Waste ceramic sand should be disposed correctly in accordance with local solid waste disposal regulations
