Product Description
1. Introuduction
Self-cleaning Ceramic Filter system is related to exhaust air volume, pollutant types and filtration efficiency. When the system operates, it is discharged from the process waste gas (containing cold or hot organic particulates/organic condensed matter or VOCs). Is pumped into a ceramic filter. The waste gas passes through a ceramic plate designed and selected according to the size of particle diameter and collection efficiency, and a group of burners intermittently or continuously heats the ceramic plate, so that the organic particles collected on the ceramic plate volatilize and enter the incinerator, and any inorganic matter is burned into inorganic ash and dropped to the bottom of the cavity for collection. The volatilized organic substances are led to incinerators (such as catalyst incinerators and direct-fired incinerators), and then are incinerated and converted into carbon dioxide, water vapor and hot gas.
