This machine is used for the start of SMT production line, by pusing the pcbs out of the magazine to the conveyor of downstream machine.

Definition and function:
PCB loader is a special equipment for automatic loading of PCB (printed circuit board).
The main function is to automatically take materials from the raw material rack and accurately load them into the production line or subsequent process equipment.

Working principle:
PCB loader is usually composed of rack, vacuum suction cup, XY servo platform and other components.
The suction cup absorbs the PCB board through vacuum negative pressure, and the platform accurately controls the movement trajectory to take the PCB board from the rack to the specified position.
The whole process is automatically completed by the control system to achieve fast and efficient PCB loading operation.
