CHNSpec DH-12 ASTM D1003 For Plastic Film 0.1% Resolution White Portable Haze Meter

The design concept of the DH series of CHNSpec hand-held haze meters is to be small and portable, so that users can measure haze and transmittance anytime and anywhere. DH-12/13 supports lithium battery power supply, realizing the leap of haze measurement from landline era to mobile era. The mobile phone applet is connected to the instrument for operation and wireless control. In addition to ensuring the stability of the sample measurement process, it also allows the measurement data to be stored in the cloud, follow the account, and not be lost. The caliber switching method has also been upgraded, and the magnetic suction switching is convenient and simple. Although the instrument is made smaller, it still does not reduce the functions and characteristics of the desktop type. The handheld haze meter still retains the standard and measurement light source that the desktop type follows.

A digital haze meter can also measure total transmittance. Total transmittance is a measure of the total incident light compared to the light actually transmitted (for example, total transmittance). Thus, the incident light may be 100%, but the total transmittance may be only 94% due to absorption and reflection.
