DX8535B Plate Vulcanizer
1. Overview:
This machine is a 25 ton flat vulcanizing machine, which is suitable for pressing all kinds of molded products, such as pressing rubber and plastic, and also suitable for thin sheet products. This machine is a four-column integral structure, and the pressing type is a downward (upward) pressure type, which is divided into three parts: the main engine, the oil tank and the electric control box. The main machine is equipped with plunger, oil cylinder, fixed plate, movable plate and other parts. The fuel tank has oil pumps, pipes, valves and other components. The oil pump is driven by an electric motor, and the electric control box is equipped with a button switch, a magnetic starter, a timing alarm, a brake thermometer, an overload protector, etc. When the motor is overloaded, the power supply can be automatically cut off, and the electric heating is divided into three ways by the automatic thermostat, which can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 20-200 degrees, and when the temperature is reached, the circuit can automatically maintain a constant temperature, and after reaching the set vulcanization time, it will automatically alarm.
