Working principle:
High-voltage electrostatic separation is developed by combining
advanced technologies at home and abroad. High-voltage
electrostatic separation adopts advanced physical recovery
technology, and the resource processing technology is advanced and
reasonable. High-voltage electrostatic separation is a physical
separation method that uses different conductive properties for
separation. Under the action of the electric field, the raw
materials are separated by different motion trajectories due to the
electric field force and mechanical force (centrifugal force,
gravity, drag force), thereby achieving the purpose of separation.
When plastics and other materials enter the silo, they are fed to
the surface of the rotating drum through the feeding trough, and
enter the corona zone as the drum rotates. The corona current makes
all particles (conductors and non-conductors) negatively charged.
The contact resistance between the conductive particles and the
drum is small, and the charge is quickly taken away by the roller.
Under the action of mechanical force, they leave the drum and fall
into the tailings bucket (conductive particles). The contact
resistance between the conductive particles and the drum is large,
and it is not easy to leave, and the charge is not easy to
transfer. Because they are adsorbed on the surface of the drum,
they return to the back of the drum as the drum rotates under the
action of the electric field force and are discharged by the brush.
