Product introduction:
TONTEN Ball mill is mainly used for mixing and grinding materials,
making the product fineness uniform and saving energy. It can be
dry-milled or wet-milled. Ball mill can use different lining types
according to production needs to meet different needs. The fineness
of the grinding operation is controlled by the grinding time. It is
suitable for applications in hydropower, building materials,
highways, urban construction and other industries.
Working principle:
The ball mill is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device, which
consists of a feeding part, a discharging part, a rotating part, a
transmission part, a reducer, a small transmission gear, a motor,
an electronic control and other main parts. It is a two-bin,
grid-type ball mill with an outer gear transmission. When the ball
mill is working, the torque is transmitted to the large and small
gears of the ball mill through the motor and the reducer to rotate
the cylinder of the ball mill. The material is fed from the feeding
end of the cylinder. In the cylinder, the material is crushed due
to the impact and self-grinding of the steel balls and the ore
itself. Due to the continuous feeding of materials, the pressure
causes the material in the cylinder to move from the feeding end to
the discharging end. The material that reaches the finished
particle size is discharged from the discharging end of the
cylinder. During wet grinding, the material is carried out by the
water flow; during dry grinding, the material is carried out by the
air flow. There is a discharging grid at the discharging end of the
mill. The mill relies on the grid plate to force the ore to be
discharged. The low slurry surface in the cylinder reduces the
over-grinding of the ore and prevents the discharge of the steel
balls.
