Vertical Wheat Rice Tower Drying Rapeseed Soybean Corn Dryer Machine
Product introduction:
Tower dryer can achieve multiple uses. It can dry rice, rapeseed,
soybean, wheat, corn, peanut and other grains meet drying needs
different grains in different harvest seasons. The tower dryer
adopts the drying principle of low-temperature mixed flow indirect
hot air heating, with high thermal efficiency, low unit energy
consumption and high productivity. Due to the use of
low-temperature mixed flow drying, water is removed slowly and
evenly, the heat damage is small, the crack rate is low, the
breakage rate is low, the grains are full and complete, the drying
moisture is uniform, the grain quality is good after drying,drying
cost is low, and is energy-saving.
Working principle:
The dryer adopts the mixed flow drying process, and its interior is
mainly composed of layers of staggered angular ventilation boxes.
The outside of the angular box is filled with grain,and grain flows
from top to bottom. Hot air enters from the air intake angular box
and passes through the grain layer in the up and down direction.The
exhaust gas is discharged through the exhaust angular box, and the
heat and moisture are transferred to the grain. The hot air
transfers the heat to the grain, which increases the temperature.
The moisture evaporates into the air and is discharged as exhaust
gas. The dried hot grain flows downward to the slow recovery
section. After the slow recovery section, the temperature and
moisture of the inner and outer layers of the grain tend to
balance, achieving uniform precipitation. After the slow recovery,
the grain enters the cooling section. After cooling, the grain
cools down to the storage temperature and is then discharged from
the discharge section.
