Product introduction:
Belt dryers are widely used in fruits, vegetables, food, meat,
etc., suitable for large-scale production, compact equipment
structure, small footprint, simple operation, convenient
maintenance, and stable operation. It can be designed into
different hot air circulation drying forms according to the drying
characteristics of the material. It is an extension and improvement
of the hot air circulation oven and is widely used in metallurgical
additives, chemicals, food, packaging and other fields. Belt dryers
have the ability to meet large-scale production, diversification,
centralized control, and continuous production. It has the
advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, and easy management.
The heating method is diversified, and various heat sources can be
selected according to customer needs, such as: air energy, steam,
electric heating, etc.
Working principle:
1. The material is evenly spread on the mesh belt by the feeder.
The mesh is made of stainless steel wire mesh and is dragged by the
transmission device to move in the dryer.
2. The drying section consists of several independent hot air
circulation units, part of which is discharged by a special
dehumidification fan. The exhaust volume of each unit is controlled
by a regulating valve.
3. In the upper circulation unit, the air from the circulating fan
enters the lower chamber through the side air duct. The air flow is
heated by the heat exchanger upward and distributed by the
distributor. It is blown to the mesh belt in a jet flow and enters
the upper chamber after passing through the material.
4. The drying process is the process of hot air flow passing
through the material layer to complete the heat and mass transfer.
5. The upper chamber is connected to the fan inlet by the air duct.
Part of the gas circulates, and part of the gas with lower
temperature and higher moisture content is discharged as waste gas
through the dehumidification pipe, regulating valve, and
dehumidification fan.
6. In the lower circulation unit, the air from the circulating fan
first enters the upper chamber, and the lower chamber is connected
to the fan inlet by the side air duct and the return air duct. Most
of the gas circulates and part of it is discharged. The upper and
lower circulation units can be flexibly equipped according to user
needs.
