Function configuration and parameters of test bench:

The hydraulic comprehensive test bench mainly test single pumps and double hydraulic pumps, open pumps and close hydraulic pumps; low speed, high speed hydraulic motors (pump working condition test), and do the auxiliary test of hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic valves, etc.

Driving mode: output power of electric motor is 110kW; Speed 0-1500r / min

Loading mode: Pump loading: dual way loading of proportional relief valve, maximum 35MPa

oil supply mode:

low-pressure oil pump: : 350 L / min (0-3 MPa) or Self-priming oil supply;

Pilot auxiliary oil: 15L/ min, 0-4Mpa

Data display mode:

1) Flow, temperature and speed are displayed in digit.

• pressure is displayed by mechanical meters

• Oil level is displayed by an oil level meter.

4) If the filter is blocked, alarm;will be given by red light.

5) All the data will be displayed on computer in table of curve graph,.

working medium: isovg46 hydraulic oil

Oil tank volume: designing is 1500L, real volume is 1300L

Test Items

1, Displacement test: no-load pressure test, displacement test

2, Test of volume efficiency: the volume efficiency test under rated operating conditions,

3. Overload test: maximum displacement of hydraulic pump or motor (high speed), nominal speed, running for less than 1 minute under rated pressure of 110% or under the maximum pressure

4. External Leakage test: in the test above, check the leakage of the sealing parts.

Test accuracy:

(1) pressure: accuracy ± 0.1%, measurement range 0-35mpa

(2) Flow: accuracy ± 0.5%, measuring range 0-400l

(3) Speed: accuracy ± 0.5%, measuring range 0-2000r / min

(4) Temperature: accuracy ± 1 ℃, measuring range - 20-100 ℃
