The spray dryer is one of the most popular industrial drying methods, capable of producing powder directly from liquid or paste materials.

• High-speed drying: Increases surface area of sprayed liquid material, evaporating 95%-98% of water in seconds. Ideal for heat-sensitive materials.
• Superior product quality: Produces uniform, soluble, free-flowing powder with high purity.
• Simple operation: Processes materials with 40-60% moisture content (up to 90% for special materials) into powder in one step, eliminating need for grinding or sieving.
• Adjustable parameters: Allows control over product size, bulk density, and moisture content within specified ranges.

Filtered and heated air enters the dryer in a spiral pattern through an air distributor. Liquid material is atomized into fine mist by a high-speed rotary atomizer at the tower top. Contact with hot air dries the mist into solid powder almost instantly. Finished product discharges continuously from the tower bottom and cyclone separator, while exhaust fan removes waste air.
