Product Description

3105 aluminum round is 98% pure aluminum, with specific alloys added to improve strength. This alloy cannot be hardened by heat treatment. It has excellent weldability, formability, and corrosion resistance.

Alloy Composition:

Aluminum (Al): 94.7% to 97.0%
Manganese (Mn): 1.0% to 1.5%
Magnesium (Mg): 0.5% to 0.8%
Other Elements: Small amounts of copper, silicon, iron, and zinc.

Cookware:
It is widely used in making pots and pans due to its excellent thermal properties and lightweight characteristics.

Casting:
Aluminum is melted and cast into large ingots.

Rolling:
The ingots are then rolled into sheets, which can be cut into circles of various diameters.

Cutting:
The rolled aluminum sheets are cut into circles using precision cutting tools.

Forming:
The circles can be further formed or stamped into pot shapes.

Finishing:
The circles can go through processes such as anodizing or coating to enhance durability and appearance.

Henan Yongsheng Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 2001 and is located in the industrial cluster area of Gongyi City, Henan Province. It covers an area of 780,000 square meters and currently has 2,000 employees. Our factory have 9 cold rolling production lines, 41 casting rolling machines, one 1850 double-coil hot rolling machine, one 260-meter roll coating thick plate production line, two fully automatic spraying production lines, three color-coated thin plate production lines, more than 100 sets of aluminum single panel processing equipment including CNC bending machines, CNC shearing machines, CNC engraving machines and fully automatic turret punching machines. It also has a stock of 6,000 tons of 1st, 3rd, 5th and 6th series curtain base materials. It is capable of processing and producing various special-shaped aluminum single panels such as punched panels, engraved panels and double-curved panels. The daily output is 3,000 square meters and the monthly output can reach 100,000 square meters, fully meeting the various needs of customers. 

With the development of our business, our company has been awarded titles such as "Top 100 Enterprises in Henan Province", "Economic and Efficiency Gold Award", and "Top 30 Enterprises in Henan Province". Currently, it has been officially selected by 12 departments including the Provincial Government, the Development and Reform Commission, the Environmental Protection Bureau, and the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department, into the "Key Projects and Other Related Projects in Henan Province - Products Encouraged for Priority Purchase and Use".
