Push-back pallet rack is for high density storage. The depth is usually within 5 pallet positions. The rack takes "first-in-last-out (FILO)" access mode.

Characteristics

-Applicable to warehouses with high cost per unit area, such as cold storage, warehouses in prime locations in downtown, etc.
-Provide 20%-30% selectability
-Both safety and operating efficiency are higher than drive-in racks (drive through racks).
-Compared with adjustable pallet rack, it increases the utilization rate of the ground by about 60%.
-It can be used with a reach forklift or a counterbalanced forklift, and the forklift operation requirements are lower than drive-in pallet rack.

Components

Store & Withdraw

Carrying cart runs along the inclined support rail. 1st pallet is placed on the carrying cart, 2nd pallet pushed back 1st pallet
into the rack, 3rd pallet push the front 2 pallets into rack, the rest keep the same operation.
