HQT-8501 steam turbine oil additive package is formulated by high-efficiency lubricant antioxidants and rust inhibitors, which has excellent oxidation stability and rust prevention performance. HQT-8501 is suitable for the supporting control systems of the engines, industrial drive devices and ship drive devices that do not need to improve gear carrying capacity.
Application
Add 1~20ppm of T901 anti-foaming additive and 50ppm of T1001 demulsifier to intermediate and paraffin based deep refined base oils with different viscosities and grades, stir evenly at 60-75 ºC, add 0.5~0.8% of HQT8501 by internal addition method, stir evenly at 60-70 ºC until transparent (the higher viscosity will need more dosage), which meet meet the GB11120-89 standard of TSA turbine oil specification for N32, N46, N68, and N100 grades. 0.5% HQT-8501 can be used to prepare piston type air compressor oil, reaching DAB level.
