It has the advantages of high mechanical strength, good toughness, and easy processing and forming of aluminum coil, and has the good coloring, decorativeness, and corrosion resistance of organic polymer coating materials. It can be easily punched, bent, deep drawn, welded, and other processes. The products made are practical, easy to process, and durable. Coatings: Epoxy resin primer: Excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates. Good chemical resistance in many harsh environments. Excellent corrosion resistance. Good compatibility with various topcoats. High wear resistance. Excellent rheological properties on coil coating lines. Henan Yongsheng Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 2001 and is located in the industrial cluster area of Gongyi City, Henan Province. It covers an area of 780,000 square meters and currently has 2,000 employees. Our factory have 9 cold rolling production lines, 41 casting rolling machines, one 1850 double-coil hot rolling machine, one 260-meter roll coating thick plate production line, two fully automatic spraying production lines, three color-coated thin plate production lines, more than 100 sets of aluminum single panel processing equipment including CNC bending machines, CNC shearing machines, CNC engraving machines and fully automatic turret punching machines. It also has a stock of 6,000 tons of 1st, 3rd, 5th and 6th series curtain base materials. It is capable of processing and producing various special-shaped aluminum single panels such as punched panels, engraved panels and double-curved panels. The daily output is 3,000 square meters and the monthly output can reach 100,000 square meters, fully meeting the various needs of customers.
