High Dyne Value 12-16um Aluminum Foil For Lithium Battery Positive Electrode
Aluminum and aluminum alloy battery foil is the collector of
lithium-ion batteries. Generally, the lithium-ion battery industry
uses rolled aluminum foil as the positive electrode of the battery
and aluminum foil as the negative electrode collector. The
thickness of the rolled foil ranges from 10 to 50 microns. Commonly
used lithium battery pure aluminum foils include various alloy
grades such as 1060, 1050, 1145, and 1235 and have states such as
O, H14, H24, H22, and H18. Battery Aluminum Foil Performance Requirements Thickness: The thinnest thickness of battery foil has reached 8μm, and the
thickness deviation is required to be small, generally within ±4%,
and some battery manufacturers require within ±2%.
