SMC-999 automatic control leveling instrument is commonly used in various imported and domestic pavers such as ABG, DEMAG, and DYNAPAC;

SMC-999 longitudinal slope adopts electromagnetic induction module and imported Hall device, the product has stable performance and high precision, and its service life is 2 to 3 times that of the potentiometer module longitudinal slope.

1. Working mode: Each controller is a dual-channel control, controlling a two-way hydraulic solenoid valve with double solenoid coils

3. Adjustment range of longitudinal slope sensitivity: 1.5mm ~ 4.5mm

4. Slope sensitivity adjustment range: 0.05% ~ 0.20%

5. Current consumption: ──No load Ip < 0.15A, allowable current of each control channel: Io < 2.5A

6. Output characteristics: The output has an overload protection function, the load can be short-circuited continuously, and the protection current is about 5A

7. The system adopts pulse control mode: the pulse duty ratio is 0-100%, and when the duty ratio is 50%, the pulse duration is about 120ms

Precautions for use
1. Proper installation and calibration
The installation position should be accurate to ensure that the sensor can accurately detect road conditions. Strict calibration must be carried out before construction to ensure the accuracy of measurements.

2. Choose the appropriate benchmark
Select appropriate reference lines or surfaces based on construction requirements and site conditions.
For example, steel wire ropes can be chosen as benchmarks in straight sections, while aluminum alloy beams may need to be used as benchmarks in bends.

3. Regular maintenance and inspection
Timely clean the debris and dirt on the sensor to ensure its normal operation. Check if the connection lines are loose to avoid signal transmission failures.
