The Heat-Treated Crane Wheel Hub Free Forging is a precision-engineered forged component designed for extreme loads and repetitive motion environments in port and industrial crane systems. Manufactured from high-strength alloy or carbon steels such as 42CrMo4 or 45#, the hub delivers superior load-bearing performance, excellent fatigue resistance, and enhanced surface hardness after heat treatment. It supports flanged and solid wheel configurations, optimized for applications such as gantry cranes, RTGs, and heavy stackers operating in demanding coastal and heavy-duty environments.
