• Chloride Pitting & Crevice Corrosion (superior to 316L & standard duplex 2205/S31803).
• Stress Corrosion Cracking (SCC) in chlorides.
• General corrosion in acids, alkalis, seawater, brine.
• Erosion-Corrosion.
• Limitations:** Not suitable for strong reducing acids (e.g., sulfuric) without inhibitors; risk of embrittlement above ~300°C.
