Our terracotta panel fixing system includes a ceramic panel and a keel system. A slot is provided on the back of the ceramic panel, and a hook is provided on the ceramic panel connecting surface of the keel system. The hook and the slot form a buckle connection. The ceramic panel dry hanging system of this structure only includes the ceramic panel and the keel system. The ceramic panel and the keel system are hooked by the engagement of the hook and the slot. The keel system is fixedly connected to the wall of the building through a wall connector. The slot on the back of the ceramic panel is aligned with the hook on the ceramic panel connecting surface of the keel system, and the slot is buckled with the corresponding hook to form a hook, so that the ceramic panel and the keel system are installed together. When removing and replacing the ceramic panel, the ceramic panel only needs to be moved upward a certain distance to be taken out, so that the ceramic panel can be replaced separately without removing or destroying other ceramic panels nearby, and the ceramic panel is easy to remove and replace.

This set of pendants is suitable for 18mm ceramic panels. We usually do two kinds of surface treatments for this set of pendants, anodizing and black oxidation. Black oxidation technology is a surface treatment method that decomposes the original oxide film on the surface of the aluminum alloy under high temperature to generate a dark oxide layer, thereby achieving a black appearance. This process not only enhances the decorativeness of the aluminum alloy, but also significantly improves its wear resistance. Anodizing technology is an electrochemical reaction process that induces an oxidation reaction on the surface of the aluminum alloy through the action of the electrolyte to generate an oxide film with a microporous structure. These micropores can further absorb colorants or sealants, greatly improving the decorative effect and corrosion resistance of the surface.
