This Vertical Rain Drip Test System is specially designed to verify protection against vertically falling water drops, conforming to international standards such as IEC60529 IPX1/IPX2 and IEC60335-1 Clause 15. Durable Nozzles: Utilizes corrosion-resistant stainless steel medical-grade needle nozzles that are easy to source and maintain.
Water Ejection System: Uses compressed air (supplied by the user) to blow water out of the needles, preventing water residue buildup and atmospheric blockages, ensuring consistent testing.
Easy Maintenance: Needle nozzles and seats are connected via tapered fittings, allowing tool-free quick replacements. This design simplifies maintenance and reduces downtime even in case of individual nozzle damage.
