The high-quality planar chip KGD-321 is manufactured using HTCC (High-Temperature Co-fired Ceramics) technology. The multi-layer sensing element integrated with a heater inside the chip can maintain measurement accuracy after long-term use. The nitrogen oxide sensor chip utilizes electrochemical principles to accurately measure the NOx content in vehicle exhaust by detecting the magnitude of electric current. It is mainly applied to nitrogen oxide sensors for commercial vehicles.
