1. Advantages and Features
High reliability structural design
The floating valve tail design reduces the sensitivity to installation torque and avoids the internal components from getting stuck. It also allows higher installation torque (such as NFED-HHV model) to ensure stability and reduce the risk of oil leakage.
The thread shoulder flat design bears the load, optimizes the flow capacity and disperses the thread stress, reducing the impact of eccentricity on the oil circuit (such as CBCGLJN model).
Efficient sealing and space optimization
The socket is equipped with precision O-ring guide angle and sealing area, with a surface finish of more than 63Ra, which effectively prevents oil leakage and supports hydraulic systems with large flow and low pressure loss.
The modular design reduces the need for pipeline connection and saves installation space. The valve core can be replaced without disassembling the pipe joint during maintenance, reducing downtime.
Widely applied and flexible adaptation
Covering scenes such as engineering machinery, ships, and mining,
especially suitable for harsh environments (such as
corrosion-resistant stainless steel materials support phosphate
media, and EPDM seals withstand extreme temperatures of -60℃~120℃);

2. Precautions for use
Installation specifications
Before installation, ensure that there are no scratches or missing
on the threaded area of the jack, and keep the O-ring guide angle
smooth to avoid sealing failure;
The control cover must be aligned with the oil port or positioning
pin, and the fixing screws must be made of high-strength material
(grade 10.9 or grade 12.9), and tightened in stages to prevent
spring overload.
Media and Environmental Limitations
Models with EPDM seals are prohibited from contacting
petroleum-based hydraulic oil or grease (only compatible with
phosphate ester media), otherwise the seal will age faster;
When the operating temperature exceeds the range of -60℃~120℃,
special sealing materials (such as fluororubber) must be used to
avoid high temperature causing the seal to harden or crack at low
temperature.
Operation and Maintenance Requirements
The oil cleanliness must meet the NAS 1638 Level 6 standard, and
the filter element impurities must be cleaned regularly to prevent
the valve core from getting stuck or wearing;
Before long-term shutdown, the system residual oil must be drained
and anti-rust oil must be injected to protect the internal
components.
Adaptation and Compatibility
When replacing seals or valve cores, original accessories (such as
Sun's special EPDM seals) must be used to ensure seal compatibility
and control accuracy;
When designing integrated valve blocks, avoid mixing with standard
valve blocks of incompatible materials (such as EPDM seals cannot
be integrated into valve blocks with nitrile rubber seals).
Key Tips:
Multi-valve linkage requires PLC calibration of synchronization
parameters to prevent action delays from causing system conflicts;
The first commissioning after installation requires gradual
pressurization to avoid instantaneous high-pressure shocks that
damage the sealing structure.
