‌Installation specifications‌

Strictly follow the flow direction mark installation to avoid reverse operation causing valve core jamming or abnormal flow.

Select oil-resistant and high-temperature resistant seals (such as fluororubber) to ensure the sealing of the interface.

‌Media and cleaning management‌

It is forbidden to use media containing hard particles or high viscosity to prevent valve core wear or blockage.

The pipeline needs to be thoroughly cleaned before installation. It is recommended to install a high-precision filter (such as 10μm grade) before the valve.

‌Operation and maintenance‌

Avoid long-term half-open operation of the valve. It is recommended to use a proportional valve to improve control accuracy in frequent adjustment scenarios.

Check the flexibility of the valve core every 500 hours and clean the sediment; replace the seal every 1-2 years.

‌Fault response‌

If the valve core is stuck, it can be released by reverse flushing or tapping the valve body. Forced operation is prohibited.

If a leak is found, stop the machine immediately and check the wear of the sealing surface or the looseness of the bolts.
