High-precision control performance
Using proportional solenoid technology, it can continuously and proportionally adjust the pressure, flow or direction of hydraulic oil, with short response time and high control accuracy, suitable for automated assembly lines and precision machining scenarios.
Some models (such as pilot proportional pressure reducing valves)
are equipped with linearized pressure/set value characteristic
curves, excellent transient response, and minimal pressure
regulation deviation.
Modular and compatible design
The modular structure supports flexible combination and expansion, facilitates the design of superimposed valve plates, and reduces system complexity and maintenance costs.
Adapts to a variety of industrial standard interfaces (such as ISO
5781), supports baseplate installation, and provides a third oil

Adaptation and selection
Select the valve body material according to the characteristics of the medium: corrosive media need to use stainless steel or isolation diaphragm type, ammonia media are prohibited from using copper materials, and high-viscosity fluids need to be customized with special models.
Consider the system pressure range: direct-acting or step-by-step
direct-acting is preferred for low working pressure difference
(close to 0) scenarios, and pilot-operated type can be selected for
high pressure difference scenarios.
Installation specifications
The pipeline must be thoroughly cleaned before installation to avoid impurities causing valve core jamming; the flow direction mark should be consistent with the actual fluid direction.
The explosion-proof environment must match the corresponding
explosion-proof level, and waterproof and dustproof types (such as
IP65) are selected for humid or dusty environments.
Maintenance and fault prevention
Check the cleanliness of the oil regularly, and install a backwash filter valve to prevent contaminants from clogging the valve port to avoid performance degradation or component damage.
Monitor the state of the electromagnetic coil to avoid overheating
caused by frequent power on and off; voltage stabilization devices
are required for power supply voltage fluctuations.
Environmental adaptability
Special seals are required for extreme temperatures (below -15°C or above 50°C), and sealing inspections are strengthened.
In high-vibration scenarios, marine solenoid valves or
impact-resistant models are preferred, and pipeline connections are
reinforced when necessary.
