Advantages and features of Rexroth pressure reducing valves
High-precision adjustment and control capabilities
Adopting a pilot pressure reducing structure, the main valve and the pilot valve work together to achieve precise pressure control. The proportional pressure reducing valve supports linearized command value pressure characteristics, and the adjustment accuracy can reach within ±1%.
Integrated proportional solenoid and pressure sensing technology, fast response, support dynamic adjustment of output pressure and flow, and adapt to the precise control needs of complex hydraulic systems.
Durability and adaptability
The valve body is made of cast iron, with a pressure resistance of 315 bar and an applicable temperature range of -30~90℃. The seals are compatible with hydraulic oil, water and other media, and are suitable for harsh working conditions such as mining and metallurgy.
Low noise design (noise <20 decibels), internal flow channel optimization reduces fluid impact and extends valve service life.
Energy saving and intelligent functions

Precautions for use
Installation specification
Preferably install it upright on a horizontal pipeline. Tilting may cause uneven force on the valve core; if the water quality contains impurities, a filter with an accuracy of ≥25μm needs to be installed at the inlet.
A safety pressure relief valve needs to be installed within 4
meters after the valve to prevent water hammer impact from damaging
pipeline equipment.
Commissioning and operation requirements
Before commissioning, flush the pipeline thoroughly, remove foreign matter such as welding slag and iron filings, and prevent clogging of the pilot valve throttle hole.
When adjusting the pressure, the pressure needs to be increased
gradually (avoid instantaneous high-pressure shock), and the output
pressure must not exceed the rated value marked on the nameplate
(such as 315 bar).
Maintenance and troubleshooting
Check the valve core wear and seal aging every 500 hours. In high temperature or high pollution environment, the lubrication cycle needs to be shortened to 300 hours, and high temperature resistant lubricating oil is preferred.
The proportional pressure reducing valve needs to be regularly
calibrated to determine the correspondence between the solenoid
signal and the output pressure. When the deviation is greater than
±2%, it should be recalibrated.
Safety redundancy design
It is recommended to configure a bypass loop in the critical system, so that it can quickly switch to the backup pressure reducing valve to ensure continuity in case of failure.
In the automatic control mode, the synchronization of the sensor
(such as the pressure feedback module) and the actuator needs to be
regularly checked.
