AA1100 belongs to the 1000 series of pure aluminum plates, with an aluminum content of over 99.00%. Its main chemical components include silicon + iron (Si+Fe) 0.95, copper (Cu) 0.05 - 0.20, zinc (Zn) 0.10, manganese (Mn) 0.05, etc. The H24 temper indicates that the material has undergone work hardening followed by partial annealing, resulting in an optimal balance between strength, hardness, flexibility, and workability.
