Manufacturing Process

We utilize advanced photochemical etching (PCE) to produce speaker covers with unparalleled consistency and design freedom.

• Material Preparation: Select metal foils (stainless steel, aluminum, etc.) are precision cleaned.

• Photoresist Application: A uniform layer of photosensitive resist is laminated onto the material.

• Precision Etching: Controlled chemical etching removes exposed metal, creating clean, burr-free apertures and features without mechanical stress.

• Finishing & Forming: The resist is removed, parts are cleaned, and undergo secondary processes like electroplating, color coating, or precision stamping for 3D shapes.
