The 12V/2500A 415V 3-Phase IGBT AH Meter & Timer Relay Electroplating Rectifier is a high-power precision DC power supply designed for large-scale industrial electroplating, electrolytic metallurgy, and continuous production lines. Utilizing high-frequency IGBT inversion technology, it supports intelligent switching between Constant Current (CC) and Constant Voltage (CV) modes. Compatible with 415V three-phase AC input, it delivers a DC output of 12V/2500A (30kW) to meet high-intensity electroplating, rapid metal deposition, and high-current electrolysis requirements. Equipped with an Ampere-Hour Meter (AH Meter) and a programmable timer relay, it ensures precise control of plating charge and process duration. Combined with multi-layer protection and communication capabilities, this rectifier is ideal for demanding applications such as automotive component plating, PCB copper plating, and continuous electrolytic production lines.
