The polyurethane dispersion (PUD) must possess an Appropriate solid content to ensure efficient film formation while minimizing curing energy consumption. It requires high mechanical performance, including tensile strength ≥15 MPaand elongation ≥400%, with adjustable hardness or modulus via soft/hard segment tuning. The dispersion enables uniform foam structures using nitrogen or azodicarbonamide foaming agents, coupled with silicone/fluorocarbon stabilizers to maintain foam stability. Process compatibility demands viscosity control and gradient curing to prevent defects.

• The film is relatively soft, has a good hand feel, and the surface is not sticky;

• Good elasticity, elongation greater than 800%, rapid rebound, good rebound;
• It can be directly used for mechanical foaming, and the foam is stable and delicate;
• Excellent resistance to twists and turns;
• Good dispersibility of pigments and fillers;
• Good compatibility with other resins.

Application

This product is ideal for applications in apparel jackets, bags, shoe uppers, and similar items. It serves as the primary resin for textile printing inks and can be flexibly blended with acrylic resins to meet specific formulation needs.

Storage Condition

Store this formulation in an airtight container at ‌5°C to 40°C (41°F–104°F)‌. Under proper storage, the product retains chemical stability and performance integrity for ‌≥6 months‌. Post-opening, expedited usage is critical: The evaporation of water will cause the product to form a film that cannot be further dispersed, which is irreversible
