• Function

​1.Flow distribution: The valve plate of the swing motor is responsible for the flow distribution of hydraulic oil. It cooperates with the cylinder block, and as the cylinder block rotates, the valve plate accurately controls the connection between each piston cylinder and the high - pressure oil path or the low - pressure oil path, enabling the piston to be driven by hydraulic oil to generate reciproing motion, and then converting the hydraulic energy into mechanical energy to drive the rotation of the swing motor, so as to realize the rotation of the upper body of the excavator.

2.Pressure shock reduction: During the operation of the excavator, when the piston cylinder switches between high - pressure and low - pressure states, there will be problems such as hydraulic shock and noise. The valve plate can be designed with damping grooves, damping holes, and other structures.
