Product Introduction
Shin-Etsu KE-1204 is a high-performance, two-component, room-temperature vulcanizing silicone rubber widely used for potting and insulation in electronic devices. It can cure quickly to form a tough elastomer with excellent heat and cold resistance. KE-1204 does not generate heat during curing, which prevents damage to sensitive components. Compared to traditional epoxy and polyester resins, KE-1204 does not produce by-products during curing and does not corrode metals, making it suitable for potting and insulating various electronic components.

electrical properties and flame retardancy. It can cure quickly,
and the resulting elastomer has excellent heat and cold resistance,

to +200°C. KE-1204 does not generate heat during curing, preventing
