Overview

This product combines ASTM A179 carbon steel seamless tube as the base tube and high-conductivity aluminium strip (usually Al1060) as the fin material. The aluminium fin is mechanically embedded into a helical groove on the outer surface of the tube, ensuring strong bonding and excellent thermal performance.

• Installed in convection sections of furnaces or heaters to enhance heat transfer between flue gas and process fluid.

3. HVAC Systems

• Applied in cooling coils and heating coils for commercial and industrial air conditioning or ventilation systems.

• Common in chillers, condensers, and evaporators.

4. Power Generation
