1. Fermentation & Sterilization

• Raw materials (manure, sludge, etc.) are mixed with microbial strains

• 7-10 day aerobic fermentation (vs. 15-20 days traditional)

• Temperature maintained at 55-70°C to kill pathogens

2. Crushing & Homogenizing

Smart Crushing System

• Wet material crusher handles high-moisture content (up to 70%)

• No-screen design prevents clogging

• Output: 2-5mm particles for ideal granulation

3. Precise Mixing

Dual-Axis Mixer

• Blends crushed materials with binders/nutrients

• 15% more uniform than standard mixers

• Optional: liquid additive injection system

4. Granulation (Core Process)

A. Disc Granulation

• Best for small-scale production

• Adjustable disc angle controls granule size (2-8mm)

B. Rotary Drum Granulation

• Ideal for large-scale output

• Tumbling action creates perfectly round granules

5. Drying & Cooling

Temperature-Controlled Processing

• Two-stage drying at <80°C to preserve nutrients

• Counter-flow cooler reduces granules to ambient temperature

• Moisture content: <12% (ideal for storage)
