Our 2-layer PCB is manufactured using Rogers RO4533, a ceramic-filled, glass-reinforced hydrocarbon material designed to deliver low loss performance and controlled dielectric properties. The board is built with a Rogers core of 0.508mm (20mil), sandwiched by 1oz copper layers on both sides, ensuring reliable signal performance and durability.

The immersion gold surface finish enhances solderability while protecting against oxidation, and the green solder mask adds a protective layer while improving aesthetics. The white silkscreen on the top layer ensures clear labeling for components. Fully compliant with IPC-Class-2 standards, this board is thoroughly tested for quality and reliability before shipment.
